Dar es Salaam — boda, same day

A rider leaves the shop with your item and reaches you in 2–4 hours. We measure the driving distance from the shop to where you are — either your current location or an address you type — and price it on a published rate. Your total distance picks one band, and that band's rate is charged on every kilometre of the trip.

• Under 12 km — TSh 650 per kilometre
• 12 km to just under 20 km — TSh 450 per kilometre
• 20 km and above — TSh 400 per kilometre

What that comes to

The same rates at distances people actually order from. Whatever your address works out to, the cart shows you that number before you place the order — there is nothing to add at the door.

Mikoani — bus, 1–2 days

We do not quote a regional fare on the site, because it depends on the bus company and where the parcel gets off. Send us your full name, phone number, destination and the bus stop you will collect from, and the office confirms the fare on WhatsApp. Payment is confirmed before the parcel is sent — that is how every upcountry shipment works.

Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda

Regional orders are quoted individually before anything ships, because the cost depends on weight and destination. Message us with what you want and we send the full price — item, courier and lead time — before you commit to anything.

Paying on arrival

No prepayment inside Dar. You open the box, check the item works, then pay the rider in cash, M-Pesa, Airtel Money or Tigo Pesa — the item and the delivery fare together. If it is not what you expected at the door, you owe nothing and the rider takes it back.
